Helping you to know your true Self and change your life from the inside out!

We are dedicated to helping you as a mentor and guide. Just as a butterfly transforms itself from chrysalis to caterpillar to beautiful winged creature, you will develop your inner foundation and create a more satisfying life and work. Whether you choose to work in an organization, for yourself as an entrepreneur, in caring for your family, or as a volunteer, you will feel more fulfilled and satisfied. In addition to free self-study courses, we offer other online educational resources for you to use to transform your life. Through our blog posts, comments and email we provide a personal connection with you.

What some of our mentees are saying:

Sally Anne, you’re the best mentor I could ever have. I’ve learned so much and I don’t know what I would have done without you to help me get myself organized and move ahead.  -Victoria

I miss having you as my leader.  -Hiroka

Mentoring” is a personal development process that always involves communication and is relationship based. The wonderful thing about mentoring is that you chose your mentor, the time, place and method that’s right for you. Its precise definition is elusive. It has ancient origins, but has recently become an important innovation in American management. One definition of mentoring, of the many that have been proposed, is:

Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development; mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have greater relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience (the mentor) and a person who is perceived to have less (the protégé) [or mentee].

I’m the principal mentor and founder of CYL4G. Connect with me on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter @CYL4G_SallyAnne, and Facebook as I continue to expand my network of friends and like-minded folks in these venues, too.

I have one foot in the world of work and one foot in the world of transpersonal studies. I am a seasoned business professional, with a successful career in marketing at AT&T, in information technology as Assistant Director of Telecommunications Services, in staff education and career development at UCSD in La Jolla, CA and at The City of St. Petersburg, FL, in corporate training development at Creative Courseware, in advertising and publishing as Publisher of a newsprint magazine for women, and currently as an online affiliate marketing client education strategist for LinkShare, a major performance marketing company, which is owned by Rakuten, a global e-commerce leader.

As a student in the Master’s Degree in Applied Transpersonal Studies program at Atlantic University, I revel in interdisciplinary studies to understand human nature and the world around us.  My master’s program is designed to train mentors to help clients find their life’s purpose and live it. We gain insights from many disciplines, including Eastern and Western psychology, philosophy, religious studies, art, anthropology, history, and healing. I also earned a Master’s Degree Certification in Astrology  from Noel Tyl, internationally acclaimed astrology teacher, consultant, and author.

Affiliate marketing disclosure:  From time to time, when I find products and services I can recommend to you, I may partner with the provider to help get the word out as an “affiliate” (where I will receive a small fee if and when you make a purchase) .
