Lesson 2: How to Use Your Thoughts and Emotions to Help You Get What You Want
After you’ve come up with your list of What You Want and Why You Want It, then you’re ready for the next step. This is where you enlist the creative power of your imagination (and the universal Law of Attraction) to assist you.
For each item on your list, create a new page in your spiral notebook. Take a few minutes for each one.
Close your eyes and do an emotional visualization of How it will feel when you’re with that person or have that situation or thing you want. Stay in this awesome-feeling place for as long as possible, at least 68 seconds. Then write down what feelings you summoned. For example, here’s what I wrote:
“It feels like champagne bubbles running up and down my body. It makes me want to giggle like a school girl. It makes me want to throw my arms out and spin around. It feels like the utter joy I feel when I’m with the dolphins. I want to jump up and down and skip. I have a Cheshire Cat grin on my face. My heart is overflowing love and affection.”
Do it now! Have fun!
If you will spend 15 minutes every day in the good-feeling place of your desires, you will eventually tune your vibration to start attracting in what you want! You will be amazed at how this works.
